AION 2 Respec Guide: Reset Skills, Daevanion and Stigmas

Can you respec in AION 2?

Yes, and most of it is cheap. Skill points reset for free, the Daevanion board refunds node by node for Kinah, and you can keep three skill presets so you rarely need to reset at all. That makes it easy to switch between the PvE, PvP and leveling builds on each class page.

How do you reset skill points?

1. Open the Skill menu.
2. Click the circular Reset button next to your available skill points.
3. Confirm. All skill points spent in that preset come back, and their specialty effects switch off until you spend the points again.

Extra skill levels from equipment, Arcana and Daevanion nodes stay after a reset; only the points you spent are returned.

How do you refund Daevanion nodes?

Open the board and select an unlocked node to refund it. You get back the points spent on it, and each refund costs 500 Kinah, whatever the node’s size. Refunding 15 nodes costs 7,500 Kinah.

Refund outer nodes first: you can’t remove a node that another unlocked node still depends on for its path. Plan your new route with the Daevanion guide before you start.

Can you reset stigmas?

Stigma rules differ between versions. Players on Korea and Taiwan report that the Chapter 1 update made stigma resets free, but that update hasn’t reached Global, and NCSOFT hasn’t published the Global policy. What are ancestry skills?

At level 25 you can take your ancestry quest and unlock four extra skills of your choice. Unlike normal skills, resetting ancestry skills costs Kinah, so choose them carefully. See the Kinah farming guide if you’re short.
